In response to the dense urban site and small plot, the areas in this house are arranged vertically. Skylights at the top level drive light downward through interlocking openspaces.

One moves through the house via a glass clad open steel stair and spiral stairs that ultimately reach a rooftop aerie among the surrounding tree tops.
